Delivery

Has your bank transfer been made from an european bank account ? The money should be on our account within 3 days en we will shipped the parcel on the same day.

Bank transfer from other countries may take a week so please be patient, your parcel will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment.

Deliveries are possible in most of the countries. If your country is not mentionned in our list, please contact us we will find a solution.

Your order can be picked up in our store, delivered at home or in a collection center . 

Deliveries in a collection center is not available in all countries

The cost of a delivery vary depending on the weight, destination and service. For more visibility, please refere to the tables below.

For deliveries outside Europe, the price is automatically calculated depending on the country and the weight of your order. The price does not include clearance fees which remains the customer's responsability.

Home delivery : 

In Belgium : delivery ( at home or in a pick up center) are made within 24 hours after the parcel has been dispatched. 

In Europe : standard delivery ( with DPD) are made between 1 and 4 days after the parcel has been dispatched 

                 express delivery (with DHL) : the next day

United states, Canada, Mexico : delivery is made within 3 days. Your order may be delayed due to clearance. Clearance is your responsability and we have not impact on the time it can take.

Rest of the world : deliveries are made between 1 and 8 days. Please contact us if you need a specific deadline.

Orders placed before 11 am are sent on the same day. Orders placed afet 11 am are sent the next working day.

The standard delivery in Belgium is free of charge for all orders above 200 EUR.

Standard deliveries in the Netherlands and Luxembourg are free if you order for more than 300 EUR.

It is not possible to benefit from two promotions on the same order. If you received a free item or at a discounted price, you will not benefit from the free delivery even if you order for more than 300 EUR.

We don't dispatch parcels duringt the weekend or bank holidays.

The day before the delivery, the transport company will inform you by mail or text message of the delivery time. You have at that moment the opportunity to modify the time or place of delivery.

If you are not present when the delivery man come, your parcel will be dropped at the nearest pick up point. You may pick it up the next day with the document received from the delivery man. 

Please take your invoice with you and ask the person at the front desk to give you your parcel.

When the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used on DPD or DHL website according to the transport option you have selected in the first place.

Of course. Please select " collection in the shop" when you place your order. You won't pay for the delivery and your order will be ready on the next working day.

This is unfortunately not possible.

You will be informed by mail or text message as soon as the parcel is available in the collection center of your choice..

After one week, the transport company will send the parcel back to us and you will be refunded for the items you ordered. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you still want to receive the goods, please contact us.

You have 7 days to pick your parcel.

Please contact us and we will check with the transport company when you may expect the delivery.

Oui. N’oubliez pas de sélectionner l’option « DHL Express » lorsque vous placez votre commande.

Le prix de la livraison sera calculé automatiquement pas le système DHL et vous pourrez voire ce prix avant de choisir l’option de transport qui vous convient le mieux.

La livraison expresse en Europe s’effectue le jour suivant l’expédition.

Aux Etats-Unis, au Canada et au Mexique, la livraison a lieu au plus tard dans les trois jours ouvrables qui suivent l’expédition du colis.

Dans le reste du monde, les livraisons ont lieu entre 1 et 8 jours après l’expédition. Veuillez nous contacter si vous souhaitez avoir le délais exacte.
