Les articles sont-ils livrés avec un certificat ?

Les articles en or, en argent et en bois sculpté sont livrés avec un certificat attestant de l’authenticité de la matière qui les compose.

Ce certificat ne couvre nullement la perte, la casse ou les dégâts.


Is it possible to buy a giftcard online ?

Giftcards are for now only available in our store. We hope to provide this service online in the futur.

Can I place an order over the phone ?  

We can assist you over the phone to help you place your order. You can call us 0032 4 360 02 16

If you don't want to place your order online, we may take your order over the phone and send you an invoice. Your order will be send as soon as we receive the payment.

 


How can be sure that my order is placed ?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. The confirmation email is sent to the email address you used to place the order.


Is it possible to a have my order gift wrapp ?

Of course we can send your order gift wrapped . Please tick the gift packaging option.

Delivery
How long will take after my payment for my parcel to be shipped ?

Has your bank transfer been made from an european bank account ? The money should be on our account within 3 days en we will shipped the parcel on the same day.

Bank transfer from other countries may take a week so please be patient, your parcel will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment.


Where do you deliver ?

Deliveries are possible in most of the countries. If your country is not mentionned in our list, please contact us we will find a solution.


What are your delivery options ?

Your order can be picked up in our store, delivered at home or in a collection center . 

Deliveries in a collection center is not available in all countries

Returns
How can I make a return ?

You may return your order (or part of it) within 14 days after reception. Please inform us by mail first.

The goods must be in the original conditions.

Customized items, sealed products and perishable goods are not taking back.

Return is done at your own costs and with the transport company of your choice. Parcels need to be sent to

Will I get a refund for the shipping costs ?

Shipping costs will not be refunded as the parcel has been delivered.


How long will it take for my account to be credited after I've made a return ?

The amount of money will be credited on the payment method you used to place the order. Refund can be done when we have received and checked the goods you have sent. We check the returning items within 48 hours after reception.

No it's not mandatory. You may place the order as a guest.

We only collect informations that are necessary to proceed the order. Mails are only sent to inform you about your order status. For more informations, please read our privacy pocilicy.

I forgot my password, how can I access my account ?

You may easily ask a new password by clicking on "connexion" at the top of the website on the right side.  In the section "I have already an account" click on " forgot password" then writte your email address down and you will receive a mail which allowed you to create a new password.
