Les articles en or, en argent et en bois sculpté sont livrés avec un certificat attestant de l’authenticité de la matière qui les compose.

Ce certificat ne couvre nullement la perte, la casse ou les dégâts.

Is it possible to buy a giftcard online ?

Giftcards are for now only available in our store. We hope to provide this service online in the futur.

Giftcards can only be used in our store. 

How can I know if an item is available in the physical store ? 

All the items available online are available in our physical store (rue de l'esplanade 49 - Banneux - Belgium).

We have more items in our physical store that what we have on our online shop . Do not hesitate to visit us .

I can't find an item on the online shop. What can I do ?

We recommend you to contact us or by phone or by mail shop@bel-art.net so that we can help you to find the item you are looking for.

We propose a lot of handmade products which can be customized (size and color) . It is therefore impossible to show all the possibilities on the online shop.

What does  "On order" means ?

It means that this item is not in stock but only produce if we receive an order. The delay is therefore longer. If you would like to know the exact delay, please contact us.
